Because many Dugby products are made to order, please review the following shipping information before placing your order.


Order Processing

Most Dugby gloves are made to order and require production time before shipping.

Production timelines may vary depending on the specific product and order volume. Estimated production times will be displayed on the product page when available.

Before shipping, each Dugby glove is inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Once your glove has passed quality control, your order will be prepared for shipment.


Shipping Times

After an order ships, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Typical delivery estimates:

United States
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders
• Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Dugby is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipping.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement for packages lost by the carrier.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Dugby is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
