We're looking for baseball organizations that share our passion for developing great players and aren't afraid to stand out.

Each Fall and Spring, Dugby accepts applications from travel baseball teams across the country to become an Official Dugby Team.

Selected teams receive exclusive benefits, custom glove opportunities, and the chance to represent one of the fastest-growing premium glove brands in baseball.

Applications are reviewed based on team culture, competitiveness, sportsmanship, and how well we believe your organization aligns with the Dugby brand.

Premier Teams become the official face of Dugby for their region and receive our highest level of support.

How to Apply

Applications are open for a limited time each Fall and Spring season.

Selected teams will be notified after applications close.

Teams not selected for either program will still receive an exclusive thank-you offer from Dugby as our appreciation for applying.
