Dugby products are built with intention. That means different items follow different fulfillment timelines. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Custom Gloves
All Dugby gloves are made to order.
Each glove is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, custom gloves require additional production time before they ship.
Production Timeline
- Custom gloves ship 7–9 weeks after your order is placed
- This timeline includes crafting, finishing, and quality checks
- Production begins once your order is finalized
Important Notes
- Custom glove orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started
- You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your glove ships
- Delivery time after shipment varies by location
Custom gloves are worth the wait. We do not rush craftsmanship.
Apparel and Accessories
Apparel and accessory items are produced on demand and fulfilled separately from custom gloves.
Fulfillment Timeline
- Apparel items typically ship within 3–7 business days
- Shipping transit time is usually 3–5 business days within the United States
Because these items are fulfilled independently, they may arrive before or after your glove.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes both a custom glove and apparel, you will receive separate shipments and tracking numbers for each item.
This is expected.
International Orders
- International shipping times vary by destination
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
- Dugby is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
Order Tracking
Once your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
